Sessions with Claude Code and Codex
Each session runs in its project folder or in a git worktree of its own. Its transcript streams live, with approvals, questions and plans, and every turn’s changes as a diff you can undo.
Anvil runs Claude Code and Codex in sessions on your own computers. Follow them, answer them and start new ones from your phone or from any computer you sign in on.
Free for 14 days, no card needed. Then $9.99 a month.

Sign in on each of your computers and they find each other. Start a session on any of them, and move one to another computer with its history and its uncommitted work.
Follow every session, answer approvals and questions, and start new sessions on the computer you choose, over Wi-Fi or cellular. No VPN app to install.
When an agent needs you or finishes, a notification reaches your phone and your other computers. The phone app shows every session on every computer that is online, with the request in full: run the command, deny it, or answer the agent’s question.
The phone app needs nothing installed from a store: on a computer, open Settings, Devices, Add a phone, and scan its code. A notification can deny a request, never allow one.

Projects, sessions, transcripts, diffs, terminals and your Claude and ChatGPT sign-ins stay on the computer they belong to. Between your devices they travel directly, encrypted end to end. Our servers keep your account and help your devices find each other; they never see your code, your prompts or what your agents write.
Your devices connect to each other directly, on one network or across the internet. A relay carries a link only when no direct path exists, and it cannot read what passes.
Every device that signs in is added to a signed log only an isolated service can write. Your computers check the log themselves before they trust a device.
No telemetry or analytics in the app, and none on this site.
The working tree’s changes, discard with undo, commits with a suggested message, worktrees and integrated terminals.
Agents run with your Claude and ChatGPT sign-ins. Add several accounts and each new session starts on one with room left, with every account’s usage in view.
Every turn is checkpointed in git, out of your way, so its changes can be undone whole.
Ask an agent something on the side with /btw, without adding it to the session.
Drafted from a project’s tags and changes in its own voice, then published to a GitHub release and its changelog.
Run server login over SSH, and a build box or a cloud machine joins your computers like any other.
Or $99 a year. Try it for 14 days first, with no card: when a trial or a plan ends, the app turns read-only and your work stays where it is.
